Marriage in Skyrim is complete baloney no matter how you look at it. There is no satisfaction in a Skyrim marriage because there is no love, and no interaction between the player and his spouse other than dialog, unless of course you want to go the sleezey route with LobersLab mods.
This mod will add 36 new marriage candidates to the game, half who are female and half who are male. Some of these new NPC are guards, faction members, or just commoners. Includes a couple Khajit, Wood Elf, and High Elf NPC which are not offered in vanilla game.
I thought the marriage options were not the best, and missed the variety that it could of had. This mod attempts to add more variety in your choices, trying to be as lore-friendly and realistic as possible. 36 new NPC have appeared in various inns, towns.

Apr 28, 2016 · Vilja may have a unique quest line for marriage but the wedding itself still a valid vanilla marriage as far as the game is concerned, Sofia on the other hand doesn't use the vanilla marriage quest or wedding and afaik the game doesn't regard her as a spouse if you marry her, (it didn't recognise the marriage when I married her) that should allow you to marry someone else as well afterwards.
